Авторы доказывают что удовольстви от социальной привязанности более желанное и более приятное, чем удовольствие вызванное опиоидными субстанциями или маструбацией. Ключевой элемент удовольствия от реальности в том что оно обещает продолжение: если отношения продолжать то и удовольствие продлится, а значит выгодно продолжать отношения, что оказывается реальной гарантией удовольствия.
С опиоидами, или маструбацией отсутствие этого единственного элемента социальной гарантии серьезно уменьшает привлекательность такого удовольствия. Именно так, считают авторы, реальные удовольствия отличаются от иллюзорных.
Interesting idea - about the factors behind addictions - suggesting that the pleasure of social (shared) bonding is more pleasant (and thus more desirable ,as it is more stable and lasts longer) than a pure chemical opioid infused pleasure. Excellent article!
